In the unlikely event of a prolonged school closure due to illness such as the CoronaVirus, the teachers and staff have developed a plan to help ensure learning can occur from home.
This plan will have your student log in to their Google Classroom accounts to find information posted by their teachers. Attached you will find instructions on how to log in to the student Google Chrome accounts on computers or mobile devices.
In addition, if you go to the Independence Academy website (https://www.independenceacademygj.com/), you will be able to access each teacher’s individual page. Teachers will have links to their Google Classrooms or other enrichment type activities, and office hours via google chat or by phone. If you have any questions please reach out to your child’s classroom teacher.
