Effective leadership is achieved when two fundamental practices are implemented; respect for diversity, and the development of inquiry. Together they create an atmosphere where individuals are recognized for their unique abilities, interests, ideas and needs, while also giving them the opportunity to understand and participate effectively in their own growth. 

This philosophy is what drives me everyday. I am on a mission to ensure that our community at IACS has the opportunity inquire greatly, ideate deeply, and explore without limitations. Only then, will we truly know where to go next.
