Welcome!

I’m thrilled to be part of our unique school community as the SOAR Middle School Science Teacher.  It's my desire to make science engaging and accessible for our students by exploring the phenomena all around us. This year we will focus on making science relevant to our everyday lives while analyzing and looking at solutions for global issues. 

Outside the classroom, you'll mostly find me in my old minivan acting as a taxi driver to my 4 children. I'm passionate about volunteering for local community organizations and doing what I can to make this little corner of the world a better place.  My favorite way to relax is reading a good book in my hammock curled up with a cat or two.

I'm excited for another year of learning and discovery at IACS.
